• 8 Slices of Chestnut Bread • Ripe Tomatoes Tomatoes q.b. • 1 Garlic Clove
• Extra virgin olive oil “100% Italian of Coppini – Terni” • Basil • Salt q.b. • Pepper as needed.
Wash the tomatoes, empty them and cut them into dough. Contain them with abundant extra virgin olive oil
“100% Italian of Coppini – Terni”
and salt. Add basil leaves washed and broken with your hands. Mix well.
Sprinkle the slices of bread on the grill on both sides and rub slightly with a peeled garlic clove. Place the slices in the serving plate and distribute the already prepared tomato desserts on the surface. Complete with an extra virgin olive oil “100% Italian of Coppini – Terni”, a black pepper griddle and some basil leaves.
